The acid resistant coating 12 position N-EVAP nitrogen evaporator with water bath is a compact unit that allows for up to 12 samples to be evaporated simultaneously. The sample tray has a spring tensioner which allows any test tube between 10-30 mm to be processed without any modifications to the instrument. An optional small sample holder allows samples with an outside diameter of 5-16 mm to be processed.

First introduced in 1959, the 12 position N- EVAP has evolved to be an extremely durable, time tested and highly affordable member of the N-EVAP line. It has the smallest footprint of the N-EVAP line, helping to conserve valuable bench space.

This N-EVAP has an adjustable spring design, making it ideal for laboratories that will be using a wide variety of sample tube sizes. The N-EVAP’s circular rotating design permits each sample to be accessible from the front of the instrument for easy insertion and retrieval.

This model provides controlled concentration of samples using nitrogen gas blowdown along with a heated water bath. The needles can be raised and lowered at each individual sample position. The chrome plated needle valves are individually milled from solid brass, and allow precise adjustment of the gas flow rate at each sample position. This promotes efficient and safe sample reduction with minimal nitrogen waste.

The stainless-steel construction of the bath ensures that the instrument is long lasting.
