The Automatic 20 position N-EVAP can run in automatic or manual mode. This unit uses our unique pneumatic system which removes samples from the heating medium when the designated time cycle has been completed. You can also manually remove samples when the evaporation process is completed with the flip of a switch. The automatic concentration cycle reduces the likelihood of loss or damage to samples.

A digital control system provides the operator with timed control of gas flow and bath temperature. The automatic concentration cycle reduces the likelihood of damage to samples due to prolonged heat exposure. The N-EVAP’s circular rotating design permits each sample to be accessible from the front of the instrument for easy insertion and retrieval.

Like the rest of the N-EVAP line, the needles on the Auto 20 can be raised and lowered individually, while needle valves allow precise adjustment of the gas flow rate at each sample position. Samples sit in a heated water bath under gentle nitrogen blowdown, leading to efficient sample concentration.
