If you are a first-time client, we will arrange a suitable time to visit you and your laboratory. The purpose of the consultation is to gather information about the equipment available in your laboratory. This will allow us to see what we can do to improve your lab performance.

No charge will be incurred for the first meeting, regardless of whether you make a booking or not. Should you require another meeting, it will be charged on a time and callout basis.
